About your consultant
Alan Wood CEO of NPED, has over 23 years’ experience in recovering parking related debts and has undertaken a variety of roles giving him a unique insight into all aspects of the sector.
He is a truly innovative and forward-thinking individual, with a strong moral compass and drive to exceed client expectations and a strong sense of “Doing the Right Thing”.
Alan is a multi-award-winning decision-maker and Fellow of the British Parking Association, with a proven track record of improving operational performance and achieving year on year growth. He is an individual who does not settle for second best, who places the customer at the heart of the operation and strives to consistently deliver sector leading performance and improved customer experience.
Alan leads the parking industry on nuisance vehicle research and is the founder of the National Persistent Evader Database – NPED, currently assisting National Roads policing to establish a scheme aimed at improving our vehicle community and denying criminals the use of our roads.
